Gaur Alaris and the metro — what's built, what's coming.
Is there a metro station near Gaur Alaris?
Not yet. No metro line reaches Sector 22D today, and the corridor's own developer material doesn't name a station or a distance for one. What's actually on record is a rail network still building itself around the Yamuna Expressway — one approved extension, and the rest proposed or planned. We've kept the developer's own status words intact below rather than rounding "proposed" up to "coming soon."
Today, access to Gaur Alaris is by road: the project sits with direct frontage on the Yamuna Expressway itself.
What the developer's deck says about rail, status by status
Per the Gaur Alaris developer deck — the status words below are the deck's own, kept exactly as stated.
-
Noida Metro Aqua Line extension Approved
An approved extension of the Noida Metro Aqua Line reaching toward the corridor. No station name or opening date is stated on the deck.
-
Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) Proposed
A proposed 72-km RRTS corridor for high-frequency, high-speed regional transit.
-
Delhi–Varanasi High-Speed Rail Planned
A planned high-speed rail corridor routed through the belt.
-
Boraki Multimodal Logistics Park (MMLP) Proposed
A proposed multimodal logistics park, with a proposed Boraki railway station strengthening last-mile connectivity.
-
Dedicated rail-link projects Planned
Additional dedicated rail-link projects planned to knit the corridor into the wider network.
Per the Gaur Alaris developer deck. None of the above is built or operating; verify current status with Noida Metro / NCRTC before treating any of it as a timeline. See the fuller corridor writeup on our homepage.
How buyers get around today
Until a rail line opens on this stretch, the Yamuna Expressway is the corridor's actual transit system. Per the developer's deck, the Eastern Peripheral Expressway is about 10 km away and the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway about 18 km away. Noida International Airport, Jewar, is about 16 km away — see our location page for the fuller distance picture, and our airport Phase 2 distance page for what the airport's own build-out looks like.
That gap is the corridor's, not just Sector 22D's. Gaur Bento Yamuna Expressway — the Gaursons studio project at Sector 19 inside Gaur Yamuna City, still at a pre-registration stage — sits on the same expressway with the same unbuilt rail list behind it, so road access is the honest answer at both addresses today.
Our desk can share the current on-ground picture — including which access road residents actually use — on request.
Questions buyers actually ask
Is there a metro station near Gaur Alaris today?
No. No metro line reaches Sector 22D yet. Today's access to Gaur Alaris is by road, on the Yamuna Expressway itself, where the project has direct frontage. What's on record for rail is a corridor still building itself — one approved extension and a handful of proposed and planned lines, none operational.
Which rail project for this corridor is actually approved?
Per the Gaur Alaris developer deck, an extension of the Noida Metro Aqua Line reaching toward the corridor carries Approved status — the only rail item on the deck's own list with that label. It is not yet built, and no station name or opening date is stated.
What other rail links are proposed or planned for this stretch of the Yamuna Expressway?
Per the same deck: a 72-km Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) corridor is Proposed; a Delhi-Varanasi High-Speed Rail corridor is Planned; the Boraki Multimodal Logistics Park, with a proposed Boraki railway station, is Proposed; and additional dedicated rail-link projects are described as Planned. Every one of these is pre-construction — treat the status word as the developer states it, not as a completion promise.
How do residents get around while none of this is built yet?
By road. The Yamuna Expressway runs directly past Sector 22D, and the developer's deck states the Eastern Peripheral Expressway is about 10 km away and the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway about 18 km away. Until a rail line opens, the expressway network is the corridor's actual transit system.
Gaur Alaris ke paas metro station hai kya?
Abhi Sector 22D tak koi metro line nahi pahunchi hai. Developer ki deck ke mutabik Noida Metro Aqua Line ka ek extension corridor ki taraf Approved hai, aur RRTS (72 km) Proposed hai — lekin dono abhi tak bane nahi hain. Aaj ke din aana-jaana Yamuna Expressway se, sadak ke raaste hota hai.
